Pizza and Politics

Please come along to our first Pizza and Politics of the year, to be held at 7:00 on 26 January 2017 in Woolwich.

Franklin Steves from Peninsula ward will be giving a talk on “Geopolitics in a post-truth world”, to be followed by discussion.

Franklin has worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for over a decade. He has been a political advisor covering the former Soviet region and now works on governance reform across the EBRD’s 36 countries of operation. He has published widely in the fields of post-communist politics, political economy and international relations. He studied political science and philosophy at Columbia University and international relations and post-communist politics at the London School of Economics and University of Essex.

As usual, food and drink will be provided, but please feel free to bring whatever you like.
