2026 Local Election Results

Thank you to everyone across Greenwich Borough who stood for, campaigner for or voted for the Liberal Democrats on Thursday in the local council elections. 

We congratulate all the new councillors who were elected across the borough. Although we are disappointed that none of our candidates were elected locally this time, we will continue to work hard and campaign for positive change across Greenwich. 

Meanwhile, across London, there is much cause for hope. In Richmond, Liberal Democrats won 54/54 seats and 51/55 in Sutton, with further successes across the region, which are massive endorsement for these Lib Dem run councils from their residents. It shows what Liberal Democrats can achieve, and we are determined to be able to deliver that for Greenwich.
