Local Lib Dem Activists Help Out Lewes Party
Greenwich Borough Lib Dem activists campaigned with the Lewes party at an Action Day in Seaford. The 15-strong team's campaign focused on the two local issues: sewage; and the state of the beach. The local Lib Dems faced a tough fight against the Tories on the one side, and an aggressive campaign by the Green Party on the other.
Congratulations to Stephen Gauntlett and Freddie Hoareau (pictured), who both beat the incumbent Tories in the two-seat Seaford Central ward with majorities of over 100.
